Shipping Options

Retail Customers: 
Please allow 2-5 days for your order to be processed. All orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel. Shipping charges will be shown during checkout. Shipping options available (depending on your location) include:

Australian addresses: 
• Standard Shipping (road) 
• Express Shipping (air) - (not guaranteed overnight. Only postage is express and not order processing. Orders are processed as they are received.)

Rest of world: 
• Air Mail Standard: no tracking. Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. 
• Air Mail Tracked: only available to select countries on orders up to 2 kg weight.

If you would like your order to be tracked and do not see the Air Mail Tracked option during checkout, please email us and we will let you know of other options.

Wholesale Customers:
Please allow 2-5 days for your order to be processed (may take longer depending on new releases). Our stamps are manufactured in-house as per order. Please let us know if you require your order for an event as we will try and accomodate where possible. Please use a credit card for all urgent orders. Please allow an extra 2 days if using direct deposit for your payment method. Please also allow extra time for order delivery if contains dangerous goods.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel, TOLL or DHL. Shipping charges will not be displayed during checkout. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice at the time of packing your order. 


Dangerous Goods (Alcohol Inks):
Alcohol Inks must be shipped as Dangerous Goods and as such have the following shipment conditions: 
• Can only be sent by standard road freight within Australia only.
• Small quantities: (Australia Post) Limited to 150ml (10 small bottles of Alcohol Inks) applies per box for Australia Post with no additional surcharge
• Larger quantities: (Toll) $25 dangerous goods surcharge plus normal postage charges per consignment.
• Toll are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a street address. Residential addresses will incur an extra $5 delivery fee.
• Authority To Leave (ATL) must be marked on your order if you will not be present at time of delivery, otherwise, there will be a $25 re-delivery fee. ATL goods are left at your own risk.
• Please allow extra time for delivery due to Dangerous Goods.

Payment Options

Retail Customers: We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.

Wholesale Customers: We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Direct Deposit (Australia Only) and Paypal (Surcharge Applies). All Paypal payments by Wholesale Customers will incur a 3% transaction fee. If your order is urgent we recommend using credit card. Direct Deposit & Paypal can take an extra fews days processing.


General Information

Downloadable Product Images:
All product images have now been updated to new and improved versions as of 20th August 2017. Darkroom Door are now 1200 pixels and Ranger are now 800 pixels. They can be downloaded here.

Order processing time:
We usually despatch orders within 2 days but as we manufacture our stamps in-house please allow 5 days for order processing. We will contact you if a longer time is required especially during new releases. Please indicate in the notes section whether you order is required for a show or classes and we will try and accomodate this. Orders are processed as they are received.

Express shipping:
Please note this only refers to the shipping method and not the processing time. Please allow up to 5 days for your order to be processed before shipping.

Pre-orders:
Please place pre-orders separately from your normal orders unless you would like all items held for the pre-orders to be released. Please indicate your instructions in the notes section during checkout.

Saved Cart Issue:
Please note while it is possible to save your cart for 30 days there are software bugs with some browsers where your cart may disappear, especially if you cancel the checkout page then then quit your browser. We are working on a new wholesale website which is expected to launch in early 2018 to fix this issue and to allow saved carts across multiple devices amongst other improvements.

Out of stock products:
Out of stock products that will be restocked will now be displayed with a faded image and marked 'Back Soon!' Please do not order these products unless you would like your order held for stock to arrive. Please indicate this in the notes at checkout.
